These are the steps to be followed in any program conducted.

Assess the need and interest :

The need of the population is the people who are having BODY MASS INDEX more than or equal to 25 kg per meter square.

Those people called as over weight mainly those people need this programme.

And they are nearer to obese .

Due to the over weight and obesity there is a somany problems like, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus and some other correlates problems.

It leads to fatal condition to the population.

For these we need to select the interested population only.

So there is an important this weight control programme.

Goals and out comes :

* maintain normal weight by educating regarding dietary and some physical exercises and life style modifications.

Resources and materials selected by review of literature .

Measures of process of evaluation :

There are some measures like

* structure or formative evaluation here we will see the collection of the data for improvement of plans.

* process evaluation here evaluate the how the program is runner, whether achieved goals what are planned.

* out come evaluation or impact evaluation here will see the change in the knowledge, attitude and behavior of the people.

By using these are all we need to measure the quality and quantity of the program.

By qualitative and quantitative measurements.

Here we can not measure at a time quantity measurement of the program, because it will take time to reduce the weight of the peoples. As this is long term goal or objective.
