Here, let me define each term as written below
Assigned seating:
When we buy some tickets for an event or venue, a specific
seat(s) gets reserved against each ticket. On the ticket receipt we
will find seat number, that particular seat(s) is assigned for
us.
Banquet event order (BEO):
Banquet event order (BEO) is actually a paper sheet that depicts various necessaries items and tasks as required for an event. With this Paper, we can understand about the directions of works and priorities of works which are necessary for the event.
Banquets: Banquets are typically such a place where event can take place. Here, people gathered to celebrate various cause like they can celebrate wedding of two persons, they can celebrate some charity related cause and other social cause. It could include various social functions and speeches. There could be arrangement of food or meal in middle of events or at the end of events.
Buyout: we can acquire the controlling interest for a firm by buying the share of that same firm. Here, Buyout is trying to mean buying some share from a firm.
Cash bar: it is typically an event that includes buying the drinks by paying for it. Here, individual or each guest can consume drink and pay for such drink by themselves only.
Consumption bar: here, Guest will be charged for consuming specific amount of drink. That means we somebody consume more amount of drink or more glasses of drink, then, they will pay more for each glasses or the amount that they have consumed.
General seating: we can see that auditorium or guest house has several seating arrangements. Here, Guest comes and take their seat generally and they consume such seat based on the availability. People follow that they can come early to get the better seat.
Head table: we can find a main table at venue or banquet, where, the Host or principal people will take seat and they are given such seat as they are considered as highly respected people or they are considered as special people for an event.
Interactive stations: it builds an Environment, that help people, guest to serve their needs by doing interaction, we can see interactions with people, arrangement of items like foods, considered in such way, people can easily interact with their needs and requirement. They can consume such items in effective way.
Open bar: here, Host bears the charges of every drink. Guests usually come at the bar and consume the drinks freely as per their choice. All the costs are borne by Host.
Platter service: with this service, we can see that foods are kept on the plates and dishes are severed by using utensils and plates. Here, server will reach to the guest and serve such serving dishes as per need.
Presetting: there are various items as needed with the foods like plate, forks, spoon, glasses of water, knife, etc, all are kept reserved for the guests, hence, guest need not to wait for such items.
Select menu: Guests are given options to select the menu items as per their choice and needs.
Special event: there are events are considered as special events as they are different from regular events. These could include events where celebrities will come and do party together.
