He seemingly performs his job well and accomplishes everything you assign him. He is also active in organizing the company bowling league and everyone seems to like him as a co-worker because he is very likable. The aspects of George's performance evaluation that will be particularly good for the organization are - Quality of work, Degree of achievement of set targets, Knowledge and efficiency, and Employee engagement. Though George has character flaws, he has proven to be a good and valuable employee for the organization by performing his job well and accomplishing his targets. He is also engaged in the organization's working and activities by taking an active participation in organizing company sports competitions.
