I. Suppose that North Korea were threatening to use nuclear weapons against the USA. North Korea is famous for its provocations and has escalated its threats against the USA in recent years. What you would do to handle this situation as leaders of the USA government? Explain your answer by considering your former knowledge about the realist and liberal theory of international relations. (50 points).

II. Write an essay in which you imagine a state that is resistant to free trade and explain the reasons for its protectionist position. Do you agree or disagree with this state? Why or why not? (50 points).
