10.Different phases of training & development are
1.Analysis or requirement analysis -This is the first phase of training & development .In this phase all problems are analyzed to determine the objective & goal ,and also to determine the possible solution.proposal of budgets also take place in this phase.
2. Designing --This is the second phase of training & development .In this phase what are different learning objective & what is respective outcome that are determined.
3.Developmaent-After designing ,development phase comes where supporting material are produced to give a shape to the design.
4. implementation -when everything is ready,in this phase analysis,design,development are implemented to get the output or result.
5. Evaluation-This the last phase .In this phase the result of training & development are evaluated or examined.

1.Emphasise on hiring & hire the right person at the beginning
2.Increment salary regularly & give bonus
3.Give them a comfortable environment ,don,t treat them as robot, so that they can enjoy their work
4.Try to train your manager to encourage & motivate other employee
5.Try to engage your employee
6.Give recognition to the employee for their work.
