Here, let me consider one important service brands that I am familiar with, the name of service brand is Uber, they offer various unique services like UberGo, UberPool, UberPet, Auto hire, etc. they have built technology driven riding services that will ease experience of riding for each customer. Customer can travel to their destination in much comfortable way, they need not to wait much, they can also avoid large traffic in the road, and hence, Uber brought hassle free solutions to the passengers or riders by connecting them to the network of drivers’ partners.
One of the biggest challenge for customer that, whether they should buy a car or hire cab each time, another challenge is about cost of ride. The service Brand Uber could overcome all such unique challenges through following procedures, these are as stated below:
