My host is as a commercial enterprise is a first mover. Seattle USA is well recognized for its enterprise organizations like Amazon, Starbucks etc.

First mover potential that it is a product or provider that already attain a competitive based advantage by way of being the first newly in the market. It helps the enterprise to make the company greater recognizing to everyone.

Second mover capability that it is a commercial enterprise product or services that are copied from somewhere or it is a commercial enterprise company study from the errors achieved in the first mover.

There are many disadvantages and advantages for first mover commercial enterprise and second mover business.
The most important benefit of first mover is to improve economies of scale and it creates a proper and environment friendly way of production and turning in of goods. The disadvantage of first mover is that the merchandise they brought can be copied through the other competitors.

Amazon and eBay enterprise companies are taking part in the first mover status.

The important benefit of second mover is that we can reduce the value on research and improvement and also we can't have make lots more strain on reading the market shape and so it has much less risk.
