  • President legislative powers have started since 1920. They have several powers for setting budget of the country on a priority basis. The advantage of this situation is that there is a direct interaction of the President with the local people in the society as he can set and explain his basic priorities with consolidation and compromise for deciding the funding of obejctives and infrastructure for setting up various buildings and ruling organisations to implement it in the society. The Presidential candidates fromvarious parties give a speech to the general public defining their motives and importance of volunteering themselves for this post.
  • They have special veto powers on bills for deciding the spending powers on budgets. The ruling of administration and priorities for spending are discussed by the president in the form of a meeting.
  • These initiatives have to be implemented in the form of ruling and policies. There are different branches for performing the function like legislative, administrative and political functions for the effective running of the government policies.
