List the 4 areas not properly addressed by corporate software systems
The 4 areas which are not being properly addressed by the corporate software systems in their implementation and working are:
1. The maintenance of specialized export data: The corporate software system is seen to be lacking and not being able to support the maintenance which is demanded by the specialised export data of the system. It is not effectively managed by the softwares and thus creates problems for the organisation to make it work efficiently.
2. The formats of export documentation: There are various common exper documentations like Commercial invoice, Packing list, insurance certificate etc which again is not being effectively looked and controlled by the corporate software systems as it is not able to make the correct implementation for the formats of export documents.
3. The complex procedures relating to export transactions: an export transactions requires a number of processes in it like delivery of goods, listing of goods, the paper work, the records etc. These processes are very complex procedures and the corporate system is not able to manage the export transactions.
4. Destination-related compliance issues: At last, the final destination for our good and the issues related to the compliance of the same goods are also not being practiced by this system. All the tax and sales compilance are not taken place effectively.
