In my whole lile, there are lots of obstacles stand in my way. I tried my best to fillil all the tasks and lenper myself through these little struggics, Oriy if I has the will of achievement can I truly come to fruition and stand aut. I failed many times when I want to achieve something And I tend to blame myself, Because I know every time I do like that, I can learn a lesson, In other words, being strict with myself with an internal locus of control is a way to improve myself. When eacounter some teamwork, I know that I barely cannot change everything on my own. So it's important to feel i am one of team members. It's an expression of collectivism and external locus of control. Sometimes recognizing myself can help me out. When i do business decisions. I stayed at home to solve the problem with all my mind and turned off my phone in case of something distracts me. I used to told myself that maybe i will fail but should be optimism. Through the progress of doing things, it's a normal thing to gain a substantial amount of optimism from what I've done.
