A student at a predominantly African American high school insists on wearing a T-shirt that some say advocates white supremacy ideologies. Using the preferred freedoms approach, convince the school board to allow the student to wear the shirt to class.

Discrimination,  of any sort,  wipes the fibers of democracy. The whole world has understood this,  that discrimination destroys the world and create social disturbance. The world has understood the importance of equality and freedom to all irrespective of caste, colour, Creed and sex. It is the responsibility of the people to create a free and secure environment where people can live without subjecting themselves in any sort of discrimination. The doctrine of preferred freedom approach also addresses the grievance of discrimination that people faced in their day to day lives. It was Benjamin cardoz who also adressed the need to eliminate any sort of discrimination. he is suggested general hierarchy of constitutional rights in 1937. He addressed the need of justice and liberty for better civil and constitutional society. we must understand the need of equality and put forward all necessary steps to cultivate such thinking which will put an end to any kind of discrimination. It is a dire need that we rise our thinking above the discrimination to make our Society better place to live.We must give much importance to the human values and respect everyone's identity. Discrimination of any kind kills the humanity so i request you to not compel the students to get subjected in any kind of discrimination.
