Yes- If the person is consistent, hardworking and has a good management of time.

No- If there are are signs of inconsistency, procrastination and inefficiency in a person

2. Able to work under pressure?

Yes- If that person is equipped with the traits of stress management, and can deal with case study related questions better.

No- Tensed and panicked tone in his sound, inability to make decision in difficult circumstances.

3. Friendly?

Yes- Show proper initiation in communication, pleasant attitude.

No- Hesitation while speaking, poor leadership track record.

4. Reliable?

Yes- Indicated confidence while speaking, firm handshake, etc.

No- Dubious tone while speaking, hesitation while speaking.

5. Easy-going?

Yes- Lack of tension while speaking, more interactive, and smart.

No- Tensed, irritated, and sweating nature.

6. Able to use technology?

Yes- If they have more technical degree, practical knowledge, and experience dealing with computer and related devices.

No- No technical qualification, practical knowledge or prior experience.

7. Professional appearance?

Yes- Has worn formal clothing, well ironed, hygiene well maintained and using formal language.
