Live theater could deal with Intangibility, Inconsistency, Inseparability and Inventory (perishability) of marketing services in following ways-

Intangibility- This is one of the characteristic of service where We can not touch, taste, or see service unlike a pure product. In this situation, Marketers of Live theater can market or promote live theater by Casting famous and talented actors in live performance. Markter can use good comfortable sitting arrangement with proper lighting and effects and sounds to increase experience of customers.

Inconsistency- This characteristic state that service always differ every time we consume it. There is Heterogeneity in its nature.Marketer can deal with this by making showing customers that its actors are practiced and professional actors who provide full dedication to provie best performance to customers. Each performance will better than previous one. This way if there is inconsistency in live performance then it would be better than before performance not poor.

Inseparability- This characteristic state that Service can not be taken at home or any place. It should be consumed at the same time. If customers want to take live performance service then they need to come to theater and enjoy performance. To deal with this, Marketers can use social media like youtube to braodcast live performance.

Perishability- This means we as customers can not store or inventored the service.Marketers can deal with this situation by enable customers to take video and record of performance.theater can record CD or drive of performance in order to help customer to enjoy performance after.
