Technology in training can be beneficial as it increases the active participation in the learning which may be through digital formats like digital documents, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc., On the other side, it could also cause problems due to lack of direct interaction especially when training through video conferencing or e-training methods are followed. The organization or the trainer should also invest in determining the appropriate training aids that suit the particular audience. For effective training, the trainer needs to analyze and understand the audience before deciding on which technology medium can be used in it. For example, some people may not be well versed in such advancements that may act as a hindrance in delivering the information. The next main aspect is the preparation in which all the supporting accessories (like power, cables, etc.,) should be made ready so that the training does not stop due to the unavailability of such simple things.
