Expert Solution

Optimum way to recruit the qualified staff members for the different stages of the organisation is as below:

Small Organisation: For small organisation, it has to be taken care the organisation doesn't have funds and lot amount of cash with it to recruit employees using hugh tech costly techniques. The resources are limited as it is a small organisation, on the other hand it would have time to recruit. Thus, I would suggest this organisation to take personal interviews by posting an advertisement in the newspaper or hoarding where your managerial staff can be there to take the interview and recruit the qualified employees asking them relevant and practical questions. Obviously, the recrutiment time would be small because you don't have various people to assist you but you could ask all the relevant questions you seek to have the right employee.

Medium Organisation: For a medium organisation, this would have both funds and resources within itself. The time is also sufficient. Thus, many techniques like Social media or internet advertisement can be used to search their employees. After getting selected from these two areas, the selected candidates are asked for a personal interview with your panel where you could ask the relevant questions and working for your employee by either making a group discussion or questionnaire anything.

Large Organisation: At last, in this organisations time is very less, as the work load is huge and thus resources and funds are easily available. The kind employee that should be qualified should actually be a good employee. Thus, all kind of recruitment techniques are used: social media , websites, advertisement, tying up with colleges and universities etc to have the best employee. Selection of candidates would make them qualified and go for 2-3 level tests where various aspects of a person are tested like intelligence and aptitude. After that, a list of managers would take up the interview which could even last for 1-2 days as the best employee is required. Thus, after using all these series of techniques, the employee is finally selected.
