Answer 1= When any business organization tries to implement the business strategy or concepts, it requires a huge level of competencies, coordination, and analysis. This needs that the management has to be very vigilant and should have a comprehensive plan for the execution of business strategies. It requires a lot of coordination dealing with unforeseen events and circumstances and different responses from the competitors. The response of the different stakeholders such as customers is also not aware. The smaller initiatives are more successful than the larger initiatives as in case of smaller initiatives all the above-stated initiatives and processes are easily managed and handled and in fact, any sort of deviation or mismatch can easily be rectified and the correct measures can be taken quite effectively.
But when the same attempts are made with the larger initiatives, the entire process becomes quite trivial and includes the greater level of planning, execution involvement and participation that makes the management and regulation of the various activities quite difficult
Answer 2= The three most important elements will be competencies, processes, and attitudes. Any business execution will be performed with the help of a series or combination of processes and activities. If the different processes and activities are not well managed and coordinated, then the chances of having the failed business execution become quite high.
Competencies of the management and the team managing the business processes are quite important. They need to be vigilant, accepting any sort of criticism and be ready to have a close eye on the external environment elements so that any change can be easily mitigated. This will require a very high level of management expertise and competencies.
The positive attitude to perform the different tasks, having the right motivation even when the execution activities faces the difficulties and to find out the innovative methods are essential for the successful business execution
