do we expect to get a quick response after posting videos and pictures? Stuart feldman said that our expectations for the systems we use have shifted, like demanding faster communication. are we disappointed when we donot get an immediate feedback
The world is came to point in the 21st century when there has been a great improvement in communication technologies, computing technologies, processing speed as well as quickly reaching out two huge number of people. After 2000's, till now in 2020, mass and rapid improvement in terms of wireless communication have took place which gradually increased from 2G edge network tour 3G HSPA network and now to 4G network which can provide with a huge communication speed of around 10 Megabytes per second on an average and it also varies by the region based on geographical location. With respect to the processing speed, 21st century and the last decade specially, have witnessed a large improvement in processing power of the computers, human computer interaction and databases. Having reached this level as well as getting used to such high end technologies, it's natural for human psychology to get disappointed if he is not getting a quick response after posting videos and pictures. People now expect quick and real time response to each request they post anywhere on the web. Due to this change in people's behaviour, organisation involved in in providing customer interactive processing as well as user interface or controls are enhancing up their systems which could live up to the customer demands of real time interaction as well as query processing. Therefore Stewart Feldman has rightly said that the expectation for the system we use in our daily life has been shifted.
