The purpose of the interview is to find the causuality of the trouble the clent is having at work. we will overcome this by probing the client during the interview, find causual factors and then find a practicla way to get rid of them in another session or the sam session if possible.
The interview might become difficult or uncomfortable if the cleint doesent open up or shuts down to probing. that is they do not share everything that we need to know to determine the cauluality of the incident . We can use probing techniques such as rhetorical questions, leading questions and fnnel questions to overcomethis issue by making them share information without them being uncomfortable of letting someone in.
Pre Interview Plan : to ask things on general and probe where
the causuality becomes appparent, read abou the job and what it
entails, understanding the work environment of the place by reading
