1) Misusing company time

Misusing of work time in an organization is unethical because the employee is paid salaries from their employers for the work they have not actually done, or the time they have not actually put into the work for completing the task.

2) Lying

One of the most common thing on the job involves lying. Employees may lie to each other, superiors and customers.This has also limits as the problem arises when the employer lies to employees and the employee can sue the employer in extreme cases.

3) Taking leaves with false reasons

Too many absences under false reasons are also considered unethical behavior, however many employees learn how to abuse programs that award them time off for vacation, sick leave.

4) Violating company internet policies.

The violation of internet policies is one of the unethical practice and the employee will be warned and let off, however if the employee steal some company data that can badly effect the company reputation and adversely effect the company's operations can be sued.
