Why has the Global South lagged far behind the Global North in its comparative level of...

Why has the Global South lagged far behind the Global North in its comparative level of well-being and development? What might the consequences be if the Global North does not offer its financial and political support to the Global South? Give 500 - 700 words (citations if possible)

Reason:

1) social backwardness : tribal population are more in Africa, Asia ,Latin America countries.

2) economic backwardness/ low industrialisation: Industrialisation was late due to technology and colonization history.

3) technologically snd financial backwardness

4) politically unstable countries:due to civil war ( African countries)and colonization

5) lack behind in adaptation to globalisation and liberalisation.

Consequences : if global North not give financial support in the form of :

1) world bank contribution, 2) Undp support and it funding

3) private organization like bill and Melinda Gates Foundation 4) Rockefeller foundation 5) green environment facility

6) foreign direct investment 7) sovereign credit

It difficult to give them boost in development process by their respective government as they are lack of technology and still condition of poverty unemployment ,disease etc were very severe like in African countries.

Politics support: 1) give value like freedom equality, fraternity, etc. From America and French Revolution .

2) established democracy after remove their colonization from these countries.

If they don't support politically then still some countries may be colonised and they are politically not free .also they motivated nation to be Democratic in nature.politically support throthrough global platform like UN ,WHO for good health ,freedom ,sovereignty ,,gender equality as well as give support financially.
