Existential anxiety refers to anxiety or unease which is related to meaning, freedom or choice of life. It becomes a basic characteristics and reflect experience if being threatened. It refers to any kind of phobia. For eg. Phobia of heights, phobia of lifts.

I had anxiety about doing household chores or work when even when my baby was small. I used to feel very anxious when the house was not being cleaned. I started realising that these feelings and why am I unable to cope up with situation around.

Hence sometimes I told my mind that it is ok if house is unclean. Let us ignore it, it is ok when you don't cook and order food. I had to work purposely ba lot on myself. I started exercising, did yoga. Read a lot about meditation. Told myself to follow bthis lifestyle instead constantly working like a donkey. Then slowly my mind became peaceful. I started taking a cup of coffee, started reading a book.
