Normative leadership is the type of technique in which influential situational factors that would have a direct impact which the leaders should use and involve subordinates and associates for taking any specific decisions.
Utilitarianism is considered as a philosophy which is concerned with making the rational decision and making ethical impacting the lives of others. The most direct importance of utilitarianism in the leadership process would be the leader making the decisions impacting the life of others.
For what I believe is that I would prefer Utilitarianism because of the fact that it would prefer the fact of making the decisions taking the ethical and rational decisions. How the life gets impacted by taking the right decisions is the utilitarianism's main content. Thus, I would establish this system to make the personal connections and bonding seeking every would stay happy in the organisational's strategies.
A bureaucracy is refered to an organisation which is a complex and multilayered systems in which control is effectively designed and uniformity is established and thus standardisation is achieved at all levels. Thus, for me centralisation and formalisation of the organisation and to effectively establish the standards for all the strategies and operations is called bureaucracy.
The Mcdonaldization of society is defined as the affect which takes place when any institutions, organisation or any place would show the same characteristics that are essentially found in fast food chains. This include calculability, predictability, standardisation, efficiency and control. The example I would like to take is of the Bookstores, Schools etc. In every school, we can see that a system is established where both effectivity and efficiency is achieved, standards are set to be achieved like the marks that students need to be achieved and control is measured to make the tasks and operations worked out. Thus, I believe that Macdonaldization is a very effective way for analysing the performance in the organisation. Effective and Efficient system could be established, standards are achieved, processes are performed in very streamlined manner and thus control is established to check the accuracy of the standards.
