A:- Validation of scope is majorly the formalization of acceptance of the completed task in the project deliverable stage.The key aspects of this validation is it helps in bringing the attention of all stakeholders and ensuring the project scope are properly met. This also provides the gateay to project closure the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved. Validation helps in fixign the errors, bridging the gaps and ensuring the smooth project closure and product handover.This ensure standards and criterias are met without any compromise and the financial requirements are addressed properly. This brings trust to the customers and give a professional approach to project end phase
b:-Project management ensure that the scope is agreed by all stakeholders through proper communication platform where the project manager conduct call and make them understand about the agreed scope by all parties. Proper documentation will be done after every meetings and a detailed project charter will be prepared which describes the scope, time lines of expected deliverables, key output or key metrics of project , scope in and scope out categories etc . In addition PM will set milestone activities and progress report of project monitoring in terms of timelines , budget, resource utilization etc will be published to ensure things are on track with the agreed scope.
