The Code of ethics is becoming crucial for organizations as we move ahead into the world of business. Ethics has always been an integral part of any business and it is always desired that every business be conducted on ethical grounds without adhering to any unethical practices. This is why it is very necessary for the organization to have a certain code of ethics that should be followed by the employees within the organization to ensure that the ethics are kept intact within the organization and the business is carried out on ethical grounds.

We have a list of 6 values that are essential for our code of ethics and it is desirable to have these values in our code of ethics which is to be followed by all the employees within the organization. Hence, it becomes important that all the employees are aware of the code of ethics and the do's and donts to avoid violating code of ethics of the organization. In such cases to spread the awareness, the leadership can deploy appropriate training and development initiatives to train and motivate the employees towards the ethical standards within the organization. This will help cover all the employees and train them for ensuring code of ethics within the organization.

The trainings should include the explanation of ethics based on all the 6 values that are mentioned above. The training should emphasis on these values to make it a comprehensive training module to train the employees for the ethical standards within the organization.

Hence, this is how the leadership can work towards the ethics to ensure the code of ethics is followed within the entire organization.
