Cybersecurity is considered to be a really important issue in today's area when the scope and usage of data has been immensely increased. Everything and Everywhere we go, we access data. The organisations as well need data for their everyday operation. And cybersecurity deals with the protection and the security provided to that cyber analytics and the data so that no hacker could use it without permission for unwanted and unethical activities. The threats which are associated with cybersecurity goes to a long range, but the most threating one are as follows:

1. The release of all kinds of personal employee data: The first important factor to be discussed about is the relevant employee data that the organisation possess in this strategic industrial competition. The major threat if the cybersecurity fails to provide the essential protection would be the data leakage of the employee database. Such kind of data always attracts our main competitiors as they are always in search of what salaries and pays are being offered to what employees to attract them by offering more pay. Thus, this could a lot of loss to the organisational's working efficiency.

2. The loss of company proprietary information: The next threat I would like to talk about which the failure of the cybersecurity can might lead to is the loss od propritary informational of the company. All the essential and relevant information about the assets of the company, liabilities of the company, the reserves and earning of the CEO or the propritor which are not shown in front hand if released in front of the industry or market can cause huge losses for the organisation. All the relevant data of their assets if released can be misused by the competitiors if they wish to.

3. The possibility of the company's whole computer system to be shut down or jeapordized: At last, considering all the threats mentioned above could lead to the severe outbreak where the loss of cybersecurity could lead to the data extraction of an organisation about the customer database, organisation database and market database would be ruined and stolen by the competitiors could even lead to the company's Informational Technology to shut down their computer system. This would resul in the operational shutdown of the business which can also lead to the working operational shutdown which is the worst nightmare for the owner.
