Weight Loss as a current health status that needs improvement

* After you identify your implementation plan, the next step is to implement it.
* After implementing your plan, your next step is to determine whether or not your plan is working, and if needed, revise it so it works better. As part of this assessment, you should identify unexpected barriers to successful implementation and what you will do to address those issues.
*. The last step is to determine how much change you were actually able to accomplish by the end of it
Nowadays everyone is suffering from heavy weight. It is important to maintain healthy weight to prevent heart problems and other problems.
* Daily excercise helps to maintain or decrease weight .
* Decrease oil food and out side food .
* Grean tea also help in weight loss because crystilline compound in it burns fat.
* Diet plan in which includes low carbohydrate food items.
Examples :- white rice, bread.
* Intake of protein diet.
* Decrease sugar content food.
* Drink coffee.
Implementation :-
Decreased carbohydrate diet , and followed daily excercise , decreased oil food and sugar content food.
Followed daily green tea and coffee . And increased high proein diet.
This steps helped to decrease weight .my plan is worked but it happens when we will follow our plan properly.
Increased protein diet .example :- chicken , egg. which helps to maintain healthy weight.
Barriers :-
Daily excercise is some what difficult , because we will feel lazy by doing daily.
Following diet plan is also difficult because we like mostly fried food items ,and sweet .which contain more oil and sugar content food
By followed this steps decreased 2 kgs weight per month. And 3 half kg per 2 months .and for 3 months 4 half kgs.
