Many towns and small cities have Web sites that they use to interact with their citizens. Describe three departments that should be included on the home page of a small town’s Web site and describe the citizen interactions that should be facilitated by the site for each department. If you were designing the ?web site – what else would you include? Give examples of how it would benefit the community and its members.?

Each and every town websites has everthing the main problem is that they are using a complaint service number example 311 for New York City instead of that to make the interaction more easier make the people to create a login id using email and give them a specific id with a password gneerated for email id will be helpful. So that using that id and password they can directly message the complaint to respective authorities of different department . Thus it will be a better process.

Due to this proess directly the complaints are registered with the authorities and they ahve mopre scope to take actions fastly .

They should also see that the site provides information about every single things in that town or city as it will help the people to understand what are the facilities and different localities in that town and city . They should also keep one road map showing the streets and places in town.
