Health policies are created for the benefit of the public and the government will regulate these policies to influence the health achievement and goals.
a) no,if public ealth policies left to the personal choice ,the country fails to maintain the universal care facilities and leads to misuse of the power and sevices too.
eg; goverment will regulate the health care centers maintanence, regarding the accreditation, physicians licensure and the standards of providing care.If it left to the public, there will not be accreditation in hospitals,no licensure to work for the physicians and complete system will be taken into the public and standardization in health care providing can be eexpected.
b)Yes, govermenta must enforce these policies and comanies to adhere to those policies, because non compliance leads to threat for the publicno will focus on the policies means, there is no standard technology to follow.
if government fail to enforce those policies, there is no accreditation standards and no chance to show the deviations from the standadization even.
So that is the reason goverment plans for the regularizing the policies and ,forms regulatory bodies to supervise the organizations in maintianing the standards of the nation in regular intervals as inspection basis in government settings.
