Campus Recruitment/Campus Placements- The Professional or educational institutions will accomadate pool of talent wherein the employers recruit as per the requirements.
Walk-ins- These are the ones who apply jobs on their own initiative and with the knowledge of vacancies from reliable resources.
Internships- This can be a great opportunity to the students. They can demonstrate their application skills along with the job opportunity. This encourages the students who are pursuing their final year of education.
2. Maintenance Worker

Methods:
Contractors- They provide required no of unskilled resources (maintenance workers) in a short notice.
