Methods:

Internet (E-Recruitment)- The companies can use their website along with other popular sites to list the job. The process is quick as there is a huge response expected in a single day.

Campus Recruitment/Campus Placements- The Professional or educational institutions will accomadate pool of talent wherein the employers recruit as per the requirements.

Walk-ins- These are the ones who apply jobs on their own initiative and with the knowledge of vacancies from reliable resources.
