Besides various kinds excesersice can be adopted like jogging , rope jumping , basket ball , dancing etc.Bascially healthy life style play major role in weight loss . Behaviour modifications also necessary and regarded as good intervention. People with over weight must be free from any mental illness like stress , anxiety etc .people can adopted various mediatation and thinking positively and lead life purposeful and goal oriented . Therefore , once time people can easily recover from over weight without any surgery or pharmocotherapy.
