The performance of CEO of JCPenny if evaluated from the perspective of Stockholders shows that the company has performed well in the relevant aspects to stockholders like profitability, assets costs, value of assets, sales, loss, cash flow, liquidity and inventory. The company has exited some business and that has led to better profitability in the business.
As an employee, the performance of CEO of JCPenny is satisfactory. The company has a new CEO who has introduced changes in the store, removing few categories and creating more spacious interior that are modern. The employees perceive the CEO as someone radical who wants to improve the performance of the retail chain and provide better returns that is a positive sign for its employees.
