Here I am going to give the gap analysis of Amazon company.
CASE 1:- CURRENT STATE OF AMAZON.
It is noted that Amazon is doing pretty good in these years and has earned a great revenue in previous years to the current year. People are more likely to be loyal to the company because of the quality that the company has provided to them. Amazon is known to be one of the most reputed and trusted companies when it comes to online shopping. Amazon has grown its business not just for online shopping but also for the facilities like movies app, grocery shopping and books reading, etc. Which company is continuing to earn greater profits in comparison with every previous year.
CASE 2:- WHERE AMAZON WANTS TO BE.
Amazon wants to reduce its nonrenewable resource energy and wants to continue with renewable resource energy in that case the Amazon wants to be an environmentally friendly company so that people accept Amazon more. The mission and vision of Amazon company are to take over the other large companies to expand is business globally.
CASE 3:- GAPS IN THE AMAZON.
Amazon is currently facing the challenge due to coronavirus disease as there were several warehouses of Amazon spread among the world and it is noted that some of the workers are tested positive with the coronavirus which has left the company falls into some trust issues with the customers.
CASE 4:- IMPROVEMENTS TO CLOSE THE GAPS IN AMAZON.
to overcome the gap that has currently found in the Amazon company can be improved by taking care properly of the employees and the workplace so that people can again trust the company with the quality and the safety issue.
