Crisis management is the process by which an organization face difficulties or harm to the stakeholders or even public. Now a days due to this pandemic COVID – 19 most of humans are undergoing this crisis. This is because most of people among us are facing a big problem of unemployment. So, this situation is a of part crisis. So, we all should overcome this situation of crisis management for a successful outcome. For that first we have to prevent ourself for not having this situation. If we have such situation we should overcome and face new challenges and move on to new life. We are all humans so we should survive and produce a successful outcome.
Technologies are developing day by day. These technologies are providing a good platform to develop and produce good result in our career. Now a days without these technologies we are not able to do nothing because even an LKG student itself need computer or laptop or even mobile for their online classes. With these technologies like computer it has open a new world to the humans with a lot of knowledge in it. But when crisis occurs it effect the income of our family and may even loose our hope. So, we should survive against these crises.
The steps for the crisis management are:
1. Announce and generally publicize the problem: In this we should announce the public about the crisis situation occurring right now. If people are not aware about this situation then the solution for this cannot be predicted. So firstly, make humans aware about this situation. Then we should mange this crisis and become successful. According to companies view point firstly we should have an idea what is going to implement and do so then we will get result. Similarly, first we should be aware about crisis and then we have to manage and overcome this situation. This can be announced by newspaper, social media platforms etc.
2. Assign responsibilities to the authorities: We are human beings. In each individual there are different leadership qualities which make different from one another. These leadership qualities are our trademark. So, these qualities make us different from others. So, in companies each individual is having their own responsibilities and task. Based on the performance they will upgraded to next level also. So, during the crisis management each employee is given their own responsibilities by authority. As we known crisis is harm so we should it and grow then own technologies will be developed and helpful for future ones.
3. Update status frequently: In any companies or work places we should update our individual status daily. So, by this updating we can sometimes avoid the crisis. This daily update will be in form of email or some other platforms. So, during these pandemic days most of the work is from home and this status updating has become a main part in the technology.
4. Relax resource constraints: As we know that we are facing a crisis. So, to manage those crises we should use our resources wisely. By doing so we can make these resource for the future also. For example, if a man working in a company if he has to complete a task with a time then he cannot complete this because of limitations of the inputs available for him then this resource constraint occurs. So, we should relax and do the work based on resources constraint. We should try to make our work balance in each week for good output result.
5. Have a project personnel operate in burnout mode: During the projects we have to face many issues during this situation. As we know now a days most of the people are working at homes the company job. In one point of view it is good aspect so that they can be with their family. But it is not possible also because they are having job and they have to complete this with a limited time. So, in this case they are feel with stress and pressure. During this they have to work overtime also. In this situation they are burnout enough. They are losing their emotions, mental ability and physically unwell also. To work in project is good but only person have to take all the burden and work for that will bring him/her a burnout mode.
6. Establish a drop -dead date: We should make a deadline for individual works given for us and then complete within that day or before that day. Dead line must be able to complete for a good performance of an individual. So, for a project there are different stages from starch to last deployment so there must be fixed date for each work to be completed.
7. Clear out non-essential personnel: Non-essential works need not be part of professional work. In a company there will some library related work if it was not yours so it will be considered as non-essential. Then we should work for the development of ourselves and company to get good result. For example, in manufacturing of computer firstly it is divided into subunits and finally into a single. So, you are assigned with a task of implementation of chip so you have to implement that only you don’t want to know how the chip is made or what are materials needed for implementation of chip. So, we have clear non-essential for the development.
