The Equal Pay Act of 1963 has defined 5 most unique compensable factors: Experience, responsibility, education, confidential data and complexity of duties.
Experience - there is a requirement of experience in the job for every position for an insurance clerk. there is a need for the r experience required for working in the industry or before.
Responsibility - responsibility is required to attain the goal of the organisation and to the extent of the responsibility for that the insurance clerk is entitled to.
Education - example for education is that for every position in a job there is a requirement of minimum qualification even for the position of a clerk they have to post of clerk.
Confidential data - there is confidential data for the employee which they cannot expose such as for clerk he cannot expose everything to everyone.
The complexity of duty - there is the complexity of duty and the task of insurance clerk have to face difficulty and the various task at every never whether he has the decision making power or not.
