Cultural implication issues can be-

1. Changes in the organizational hierarchy- like in some countries middle level and lower level management may or may not be allowed to speak up during meetings, in some countries juniors have no right to ask questions on seniors’ decisions or give advice to them.

2. Communication- it can include language differences and way of talking or conveying message. Issues can be of verbal communication as well as of non- verbal communication.

3. Interactions- how we have to interact when meet somebody (business clients and partners). Like in some countries kissing on cheeks , making eye contact, shaking hand firmly may be taken as offensive by clients or partners.
