Airline terrorism is a serious issue which not only invades an airplane's security risking people's lifes but it also invades a country's defense Management against terrorism. Terrorists hijack airplanes because of number of reasons -1) To satisfy a person agenda. 2-) vulnerability - As in airplanes, the people are out of reach from the defenses and they are vulnerable. So, terrorists finds it easy to hijack and blackmail to achieve their goal. As in emerging years, Airports and government have collaborated to tighten the security so that these terrorism activity could be controlled. Some of the events which happened in airlines terrorism are as follows 1-) December 1988, Pan am fight 103 was bombed , killing all the people aboard and 11 people on the ground where parts of plane crashed. 2-) Avianca flight 203, this columbian flight was an boeing 727 which was also bombed . Authority says that the bomb was near the fuel tank that killed 107 people on board. 3-) may,1973 aeroflot flight was hijacked by a terrorist and the plane crashed near lake baikal after the terrorist's bomb exploded.

So as the incidents show, that terrorists may not enter the plane but they do find ways to threaten the lifes of people onboard by keeping explosives on the plane. Airline terrorism has always been a critical issue where the government has implemented new checkpoint and security systems to control it.
