Issue- John buys a branded new lawnmovers with extra feature. After usage of on one week, the wheels fell form the lawnmower, which caused the extra sharp blade to come lose. in between , the blade spun around and cut john's leg into pieces. and john rushed for emergency , which costs him $ 40,000 for medical expenses. we found that john deere of homedepot put plastic screws instead of metal on the wheels, for saving cost of one dollar per wheel. now , what suitable lawsuit john should file in order to sue both John Deere and Homedepot ?
