The school has a dress code policy. Students start to be absent and the absent rate increased, thus school changed policy and let the students wear casual attire for 1 day a week, in this case; the absent rate dropped. School decided to change the policy for Art students and let them wear casual attire for 3 days a week, so the school realized the absent rate incredibly decreased.

DRESS CODE

'Uniforms or casual attire' has been an all time popular issue. Uniforms have been known to instill a sense of discipline and unity among the students. Having the system alleviates the peer pressure upon the students getting their attention of their looks. But quite evidently in a graduate school, the dress code policy drastically reduced the absenteism of students wiith the introduction of casual attires. Undoubtedly, casual attires work very efficiently in getting into the student the rejoice and interest of going to school. The best years of our life should genuinely give us the right to make our first impression.

Casual attires give the students the freedom of expression, the freedom to express their personality and their induviduality. It induces the feeling of delight in the minds of all students each morning they wake up thinking what they are going to wear today. For what they wear is the expression of their style and will make them stand out. Wearing a casual attire gives the students their right to be diverse.

When students dress up in a casual attire they are more approachable. No wonder why casual attires worked out as the strongest factor in enhancing the attendence of students.

Casual attires are often mistook to increase uneccesary troubles. Rather wearing them on a daily basis and having to see our peers dressing, enhances our dressing sense. This is one of the most important skill for uniforms ain't for life but a casual attire is always required. Secondly, uniforms are more expensive than the casual attires students wear. Introduction of the dress code policy not only reduces the amount spent on uniforms but also paves way for the less fortunate people to join institutions who cannot afford uniforms.

Thus, its high time that we say good-bye to the uniform system and pave way for the students to express their individualiity.
