  • According to me,a writing is effective only the writer the able to clearly express themselves and make the writing engaging enough for the readers to immerse themselves in it and connect with it. The choice of words used to express a point of view are extremely important to communicate to the readers effectively. The flow of ideas need to be logical and cohensive and not all over the place fo r the writing to be effective.
  • When the readers can capture the correct emotion, the writer is trying to communicate, then it is called effective writing,When it is able to strike a cord and makes the reader think and make some difference to them, then the writing becomes effective and impactful.
  • Knowing the audience for a particular essay is important because it determines the content that will appear in the writing. The content of an essay that has a specific topic will vary depending on the intended audience. In other words, having a focused topic is important, but having a specific audience is equally important.
  • For example, let’s say you are writing an expository (informative) essay on the most important practice techniques in becoming a better tennis player. If your audience is beginning tennis players, or players who know little about the game, the techniques needed to get better are different than if you are writing to intermediate players who want to become good enough to enter and/or win tournaments.
  • In the first example, the steps would be more basic, while in the second example they would obviously be more advanced. Either way, the topic of the essay, becoming a better tennis player, is the same, but because the audiences are different, the information in each essay will be different as well.
  • Knowing the intended audience for an essay can also answer other questions that frequently arise. For instance, writers often wonder if the use of jargon (words or language related to a specific field) or acronyms (abbreviations of longer names/terms) is appropriate or must be explained.
  • This question can be answered by knowing the audience. If the audience for an essay should understand these terms, then they don’t necessarily need to be explained and can be used.
  • The definition of organization refers to the act of putting things into a logical order or the act of taking an efficient and orderly approach to tasks, or a group of people who have formally come together.Thats an important element in effective writing. When the ideas are organized in a cohesive manner they are more clear and are communicated more effectively.
  • Without a clear organizational pattern, your reader could become confused and lose interest. The way you structure your essay helps your readers draw connections between the body and the thesis, and the structure also keeps you focused as you plan and write the essay.
  • A solid organizational pattern gives your ideas a path that you can follow as you develop your draft. Knowing how you will organize your paragraphs allows you to better express and analyze your thoughts. Planning the structure of your essay before you choose supporting evidence helps you conduct more effective and targeted research.
  • Due to time limit, remaining questions can be asked as another question, they will be answered, thankyou for your cooperation
