There is always researches going on to find brain heart connection in the mutual development.the evidences shows that cardiovascular problems like high BP, hyperlipidemia,stress induced cardiac diseases also increases the risk of Neurologic deficits, memory loss etc.

Even though many aspects like Exercise,stress, lifestyle, medicines are there which connect the mutual wellbeing of two systems,but nutron has an important part in it.

  • Restriction of salt in the diet is the prime step as blood pressure can be the main problem affecting both the system.
  • Less sugar either direct (such as in fruits and food sweeteners) or indirect (as in the form of carbohydrates eg.rice, wheat) is the major factor to control blood sugar level in a diabetic patient.
  • Avoiding high fat diet(whatever which is fried and fastfoods).helps to prevent atherosclerosis in both brain and cardiac vessel's.
  • Omega 3 fatty acid should be considered as a part in diet(eg.fishes such as sardines) as it found to reduce the atherosclerotic rates.
  • Lean proteins such as fish Is always a go to diet when it comes to brain and hearts health.
  • Small frequent diet is always encouraged.
