I feel that salesperson are always made because they are not always born and sales is a technique which is to be learnt over a period of time and it is involving a very high level of negotiations and influence technique so it is to be learnt over various instances and personal experiences rather than saying that great salesman are born because salesman are made after they are exposed to various different situations and they will be learning from these situations and incorporating it into the behaviour so that they can influence the customers in a better way next time.
Hence, I will always feel that there is a strategy which will involve soft skills which is required in order to attract customers and enhance their knowledge about the product and lure them into buying the product over the period of time so it is a very high negotiation technique which is learnt by the salesperson over the time period and they are not just born, so I feel that great salesperson are always made by getting exposed to various situations and incorporating them into their work culture.
