Based on your professional experience, conduct and complete a Critical Function Analysis (CFA) on a past project, or another project which requires a critical function analysis.
This project was start of a cafetaria at the company campus . This was a small cafetaria serving about 15 -20 people at a time .
Step 1 : We identified the critical functions in running of this cafetaria

Facility staff | High to medium | within 4 hours | staff is needed to clean the cafetaria / have outsourced arrangements with at least 2 parties , with additional resources so that existing staff can clean |
