Give your experience with managers in the past, what problems do you see for managers who let employees decide for themselves the best way to do things and give them the power to obtain needed equipment?

Answer: Managers are the people who get the work done through others. They have their subordinates. Managers make the strategies and manage and organize the things. Some managers always want to take the whole credit so they do not like employee's intervention in their task. They like to do everything on their own and with their own way.

There are managers who always keep their subordinates and employees ahead. They assign task to the employees, they work in a team for common goal. They do not take whole credit rather they welcome the initiatives and innovative approaches. They also provide the employees with equipment and all the things that may be needed to accomplish the task.

I have met the second kind of managers who motivate their employees and who keep the employees ahead in each and every work. My manager at the work culture was very good and he used to motivate us. He used to tell us to give your best and leave the rest. He used to appreciate us and never let us down and feel bad.
