Which of the following concepts is more reliable: theoretical probability, experimental probability, or simulations? Present your opinion and then give mathematical reasons or examples to support your opinion. Your post must have a minimum of 5 sentences.

Solutions

Expert Solution

First we seen the 3 concepts shortly

1) Theorotical probability :- It is the theory behind the probability, that is we have find the probability using the theorotical formulae in Statistics

For example - Tossing a Coin

2) Experimantal probability :- It is probability calculated during experimants, direct observation taken, experience or practice.

For example - Tossing two coin together and find the probability of exactly two head appears, here we have find the probability of specific outcome that is two head apper.

3) Simulation - A simulation initiates a real situation. It is model in which repeated experiments are carried out for the purpose of estimating in real life.

For example - There is an equal chance of producing a boy or a girl.

So, We will not surely to say which one theory concept is more reliable out of three ( theoretical probability, experimental probability, or simulations)

It's reliability depends on the type of example where we have use those thoery concept which is better fit for given example.
