They are as follows-

i. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems have some common features like Data Import/Export, Basic Reports Online, and Customer Support.

ii. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

iii. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide their customer relationship management (CRM) services to the Startups, Small business, Medium business, Large business.

iv. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide their services to some common industries like Mobile and Telephony.

2. Differences between Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM System

They are as follows-
