1. Similarities between Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM System
They are as follows-
i. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems have some common features like Data Import/Export, Basic Reports Online, and Customer Support.
ii. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
iii. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide their customer relationship management (CRM) services to the Startups, Small business, Medium business, Large business.
iv. Both the Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM Systems provide their services to some common industries like Mobile and Telephony.
2. Differences between Ericsson CRM System and Salesforce CRM System
They are as follows-
i. The CRM services of Ericsson is particularly most suitable and apt for the telecommunication industry while the CRM services of Salesforce are suitable for other industries as well apart from the telecom industries. Hence, the CRM services of Salesforce are more comprehensive and wide in nature.
ii. The CRM services of Ericsson is more expensive than that of Salesforce.
iii. The Features and functionality of Salesforce are wider and more comprehensive than that of Ericsson. As the CRM services of Salesforce include all the features of Ericsson but the same is not true for Ericsson. Apart from the similar services provided by Ericsson CRM, Salesforce also provides services like Campaign Dashboard, Campaign Management, Case Management, Contact Management, Customer Database, etc.
iv. Ericsson CRM System is more apt for companies while Salesforce CRM System is apt for both the individuals as well as companies.

iii. specially designed for a niche market, hence, better able to cater to the needs of industries for which it has been developed as compare to other general software like Salesforce CRM
The weakness of Salesforce CRM is as follows-
i. Not specifically designed for a specific industry.
ii. The pricing score as compared to Ericsson CRM is less.
Strengths of Salesforce CRM is as follows-
i. Cheap as compared to other similar service providers including Ericsson CRM.
ii. provides more features as compared to other similar service providers
iii. suitable for both the individuals as well as companies
