2. Write a description of Senior Management in an Organization. What are the different roles and responsibilities of senior management?

Senior Management generally refers to the team of individuals or members who are at the higher level of managing the organization or corporation or company. There are many employees, managers, executive members, directors of a company. There is no direct contact from every individual to all. There are some levels where each one can contact.
So senior management is the team which is at the level of management which contacts only higher officials in the company. Their role is to ensure company is going successful and to execute their ideas for their business development. They also need to satisfy the investors needs in the company development. They always think to grow their business.
Senior management is the key part in company's development as they take key decisions related to company core issues. They have meetings time to time and their share their views and feedback. According to that they executive further steps to make company success.
