Due to COVID-19, all over the world, a new trend of work from home is likely to be seen in every other sector. Because people are not able to go to their offices, they are continuing their work from home as work could not stop because of any pandemic situation.

Same goes with these CPAs. Earlier they used to work in offices, had a office set up, laptop and system and had a different culture. They were suppose to meet their clients in office and attend meetings with higher authorities in office.

As because of COVID-19, there has little changes being observed. Like all the activities are still continued but they all follow an online process.

Earlier if the CPAs had some issues, they go to their seniors and discuss the problems face to face. Now at this time, they are connected with their seniors through company's software that would be managing calls between them, whether video or audio calls. That will be within a secured network so that information is protected. So basically every company develops its own platform to connect employees.

Here, we can see that technology has only made possible such transformations. So technology is playing an important role. Be it communication or carrying work in work from home mode, this was not possible without technology support.

This has given rise to new trend and has opened opportunities that in future this work from home may turn into a permanent culture of the business. It's possibility has already been seen in this situation of pandemic.

So, the advancement in technology is giving more such opportunities in future and for current, this technology has proved to ge very tseful as without this, the work of various businesses would have come to an end, which us ried by this technology.

Now the CPAs are carrying their work through online mode, they are conducting group meeting on online mode, where on a single platform many employees meet and discuss on any particular matter.

So, its clear that technology has played a vital role in this pandemic situation and that has successfully build a trend of work from home and connecting people online theiugh various modes.
