A) As I have spent time on e-bay website ,I am interested to purchase a symphony air cooler ICE Cube XL and price 5920 indian rupees. The offer price is competitive ,symphony is a wellknown brand in air cooler market .If I will direct walk to a retail store ,it is costly comparatively e-bay online price.I am comfortable to pay that amount because it is a best brand in air cooler with affordable price .

B) e-bay is providing value to its customers by offering best products at affordable prices. E-bay is online market place where millions of seller can list and sell their products ,millions of buyer can find the products which they are looking for .

E-bay provides value to its customers by following way -

1) Offering special discounts ,coupons ,free gifts on additional purchase etc .

2) They have very pleasant transaction systems .Company updating it's customers by email and other promotional means.
