The output devices are as follows:

1) Monitor:

This is a hardware device which is a common output device which is used for displaying the video, images as well as texts and this helps in giving the user a better GUI which helps them to see that is the output. This also includes the video, images display of the item etc.

2) Printer:

This is another commonly used output device which are used at home and office and helps to print the images, texts and other information. It is beneficial as it can be connected to the computer with the USB or to the Wi-Fi

3) Computer Speakers:

This is also being used as a hardware device that can help in transforming the signal from the computer's sound card to that of audio. This helps the user to experience the sound via Bluetooth and them also. They give a better quality of audio and with digital music and computer gaming seems better with sound

Input Devices which are being used and that benefit the user are as follows:

1) Keyboard:

This is the most common input device which helps in providing the input to the data to the computer. The layout for the keyboard is mostly the traditional typewriter which has additional keys.

2) Mouse:

This is another input device that acts as a cursor control device that has a small size box with a base and that helps in making a movement and sending the relevant signal to the CPU while the mouse button gets pressed. This is much needed for any computer device to send the signal for an event creation or trigger.

3) Scanner:

This another commonly used input device that is used as a photocopy machine that collects the information present on the paper and gets it transferred to the hard disk of the computer for relevant manipulation
