It was in the context of the class. During my term, I made a goal to be confident while speaking with other students, classmate as well as teachers.

I was able to accompish following aspects and examples are below:

(A) Clarity in speech

(B) Proper thought management.

(C) Self-confidence: For example, now my confidence increased in front of speaking to people, even in debates and speeches.

(D) Leadership qualities: For example: Other classmates and teachers realised my leadership qualities because I was speaking firmly with confidence like a pro.
